Introduction
This policy covers lesmazer.com and the 6 apps published by Lesmazer Apps on the App Store. It is written against the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK), the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).

Data we do not collect
The site and the apps collect no personal data.
- No accounts: no signup, login or user profile.
- No email addresses are collected; there is no newsletter or marketing list.
- No device fingerprinting.
- This site sets no cookies.
- No ad network, advertising identifier or profiling tool.
- No third-party analytics is embedded.
The hosting provider may keep technical request logs, as every web server does. We do not access them or link them to any identity.
Data that stays on the device
Website
Two values are kept in your browser's local storage: the theme you chose ("light" or "dark") and the date you dismissed the Instagram card, so it is not shown again. Neither contains personal information, neither is ever sent to a server, and both can be cleared from your browser settings.
Apps
Each app keeps its data on your device only:
All transactions, categories, budgets, goals and subscriptions stay on the device. Backup is optional and encrypted; the backup file also stays on your device. The subscription layer works only with a random anonymous identifier and the Apple purchase receipt — your financial records, your name and your transactions are never sent. No cloud, no account.
Visits, travel journal, favourites and the discovery map are stored on the device, as are offline province packs. If you grant location access, your coordinates are passed to the relevant services only at query time so nearby places and weather can be shown — they are not linked to your identity and we do not store them.
Scan history, generated codes, design settings and folders stay on the device. iCloud sync is optional; when enabled it syncs only between your own devices through Apple's encrypted iCloud container. Lesmazer Apps has no access to that data.
All projects, clips and exported videos stay on the device; no video is uploaded and no account is required. The subscription layer works only with a random anonymous identifier and the Apple purchase receipt — it carries no personal data, advertising identifier or location.

- Notifications (optional): For payment and subscription reminders, entirely local.

- Location (optional): To show nearby places. "While using the app" is enough.
- Photo library (optional): To add photos to your travel journal.
Kodly
- Camera: To scan QR codes and barcodes.
- Photo library (optional): To read codes from saved images.
- NFC (optional): To read and write NFC tags.
- Face ID (optional): To unlock the app; the proof is processed on device only.
Verva
- Camera (optional): To record video inside the app.
- Microphone (optional): To record audio while filming.
- Photo library: To import clips and save the finished video.
Veduta
- Photo library: To pick photos for the collage and save the finished result.
Reflara
- Camera: To take photos and video.
- Microphone (optional): To record audio with your videos.
- Photo library (add only): To save what you shoot; it cannot access your existing photos.
Third parties
Apps offering subscriptions use a subscription infrastructure to validate purchases. Only a randomly generated anonymous identifier and the Apple purchase receipt reach it; your name, email, location and in-app content are never sent.
Apple applies its own privacy policy to App Store purchases and iCloud sync.
Your rights
Under KVKK and GDPR you have the right to access, correct and delete your data and to object to processing. Because we collect no personal data there is no record of yours to delete; even so, we answer every request through contact@lesmazer.com within thirty days.
To delete app data, removing the app from your device is enough.
Children's privacy
The apps are not directed at children and collect no age information. Since no personal data is collected, no children's data is processed either.
